The Role:

 

We’re looking for ambitious, driven and commercially minded graduates to join our clients FIRST GRADUATE ACADEMY.

 

As a graduate recruitment consultant you’ll work directly alongside their Managing Director and gain mentorship from the Senior Directorship team in Switzerland.

 

What you’ll be doing:

 

  • Sourcing and headhunting top-tier candidates across a European Market.
  • Building and managing candidate relationships.
  • Supporting the senior team members on active mandates.
  • Working closely with clients to understand hiring needs.
  • Developing market knowledge in high growth industries.

 

What we’re looking for:

 

  • Recent graduates (2024/2025) from any discipline.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Competitive, resilient and eager to learn personality types.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset. You’ll be helping to shape a London team in the future.
  • Desire to build a long term career in recruitment.
  • Fluent English (European languages are a HUGE BONUS)
