Position Title: Recruitment Consultant (Financial Services)

Reports To: Senior Manager 

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

 

We’re hiring: Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant (Financial Services)

 

We’re looking for ambitious Recruitment Consultants with 1–5 years of experience in financial services recruitment to join our clients growing team in London.

Their a boutique recruitment firm that’s spent over 25 years specialising exclusively in Investment Management. Their reputation is built on long-standing client partnerships, market insight, and a consultative, relationship-first approach.

 

What you’ll bring:

  • 1–5 years of recruitment experience within financial services.
  • Confidence managing client relationships and growing your network.
  • A proactive mindset and commercial approach.
  • A genuine interest in building deep market knowledge.
  • Experience in investment management recruitment is a plus, but not essential (related financial services recruitment is a must!).
