OPERATIONS DIRECTOR 

(Private Equity, Hedge Funds and Fund Management recruitment agency)

The role of the Operations Director is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of various critical aspects of our clients business. You will be responsible for overseeing finance, information security, people operations, talent acquisition, general administration and candidate research.

This role carries the opportunity for future growth in service delivery within the business.

The Operations Director leads the consultants in the business, currently made up of 4 employees.

 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Educated to degree level or postgraduate leadership and management qualification
  • Highly refined interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comes from a recruitment background.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial operations, including client invoicing, vendor payments, bank transfers, and monthly accounts, while maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Oversee payroll, employee-related financial matters, and expense documentation.
  • Support hiring managers in talent acquisition processes, including overseeing agencies, monitoring hiring procedures, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Aid in candidate sourcing and screening with assistance from hiring managers.
  • Established relationships with key industry/sector clients and consultants.

 

Future Responsibilities in Service Delivery:

  • Enhance and take ownership of internal processes.
  • Manage outsourced providers and processes.
  • Own task tracking and distribution related to service delivery.
  • Maintain process documentation.
