They specialise in these sectors alone, ensuring they bring expert knowledge to your assignments.

Based in Bishop's Stortford, they are looking to bring in an experienced recruiter to help with the ever workload across technology and/or engineering sectors

Role & Responsibilities.

  • This will be a full 360 consultant position.
  • Identifying and developing client/business relationships; both consultancies/partners and end customers.
  • Head-hunting, interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies.
  • Full accountability for delivering on not only personal budget but team budgets.
  • Full accountability in developing your desk and any trainee consultants

Key Requirements for this role:

  • 18 months + experience in a recruitment role.
  • Have a proven billing history.
    Comfortable interacting with Stakeholders, carrying out activities such as workshops or presentations
  • Effective Communicator
