DESCRIPTION

We are currently helping our client to grow their contract desk and wish to speak to Senior Recruitment Consultants and Team Leaders looking for their next career move.

Our client, based in London are a recognised recruitment agency within Data, Cloud and ERP technologies. Due to organic growth within their business they are looking to grow with external talent.

Role & Responsibilities.

  • This will be a full 360 consultant position.
  • Identifying and developing client/business relationships; both consultancies/partners and end customers.
  • Head-hunting, interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies.
  • Full accountability for delivering on not only personal budget but team budgets.
  • Full accountability in developing your desk and any trainee consultants.

Key Requirements for this role: 

  • 18 months + experience in a recruitment role.
  • Have a proven billing history.
  • Data, Cloud, DevOps, ERP, SAP, Infrastructure, Digital, Analytics or Cyber Security experience.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
  • Comfortable interacting with Stakeholders, carrying out activities such as workshops or presentations
  • Effective Communicator
