Role: 360 (Full-Desk) Recruitment Consultant/Billing Manager

(Title: Senior Managing Consultant – Associate VP, DOE)

Location: New York City | Hybrid Flexibility

Experience: 4–8 years in a full-desk/360 agency recruitment role (must-have)

Who We’re Looking For

You’re an experienced 360 recruiter (3 +years) who:

  • Has full-desk experience in an agency environment with a track record of strong billing and client development.
  • Can mentor and coach junior team members (or would like to!) while still running your own desk.
  • Is business-savvy, articulate, and confident enough to influence senior stakeholders and negotiate high-value deals.
  • Craves rapid, merit-based career progression with transparent targets and rewards.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Full 360 recruitment: business development, candidate management, deal negotiation, and everything in between
  • Expand a warm, high-performing desk in a well-established market
  • Build long-term relationships with top-tier clients in the insurance space
  • Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team growth
  • Cross-sell across our client's verticals to maximize opportunity
  • Run client meetings, attend networking events, and shape strategic partnerships
